We aim to guide both youth and adults toward self-sufficiency, breaking generational cycles and providing transformative opportunities. Therefore, it fills us with great satisfaction that in just a few years we have made the dream that Edgar always had come true: helping people to achieve a prosperous future.

Through our organization we have assisted numerous families, positively impacting their lives. Our first event was a Christmas celebration, in which we brought food, clothing and donations for people in vulnerable conditions.

This activity has become the largest annual event of our foundation, for which we have the support of the local government and the media that provide Peruvian information. Since opening our doors to local communities, we have grown exponentially thanks to the support of collaborative partnerships and donations. Along those lines, we hope to expand our reach to impact millions of lives, embodying their ethic of service and compassion, and organizing many more enjoyable and constructive events for local communities.

Convinced of the transformative power of education and mentoring, we reaffirm our commitment to continue training future leaders and agents of change. Therefore, we will offer scholarship programs, mentoring sessions and skill development workshops to empower individuals from underserved communities.

Through a culture of learning, innovation and resilience, we will continue to work to equip the next generation with the tools necessary to create positive changes in their lives and in the world.

Our commitment to social impact extends beyond borders as we seek to forge global alliances and collaborations to address pressing social challenges. Leveraging our experience in project management, business skills and leadership, we will drive sustainable initiatives that create lasting impact on a global scale.

Everything we have achieved to date with the Barua Foundation has been impressive and has impacted so many lives, so we are convinced that with help and donations and with a focus on sustainability, inclusion and empowerment, the impact will be much greater.
